This project proposes Flame, an AI-driven brand extension for Tinder, designed to encourage more meaningful, in-person connections. Developed using the G-STIC framework (Goal, Strategy, Tactics, Implementation, Control), the deck outlines a strategic approach to expanding Tinder’s ecosystem while addressing evolving user needs beyond casual interactions. Using my design background, I led the creation of user flow mockups to strengthen our proposal
